Coffee Date (DenmarkxCanada)The meeting regarding Libya went on without a hitch. Canada was able to coordinate his allies' points without much opposition as well as ending the meeting much earlier than scheduled. It's an unfortunate fact that having a common opposition makes people more unified and cooperative.
Before the meeting, he had an interesting encounter with the Danish representative Mathias. Canada never expected that he would arouse him from his nap (in more ways than intended) or being held on the Dane's lap area to be groped and even French kissed.
This only led to being flirted into a casual date, or what Canada assumes is casual if there is another meaning to "having coffee".
'Mathias is really an interesting guy' Canada thought fondly, 'he is a very hands-on and a tad strong with opinions, but he is a really sweet person.'
Canada felt stuffy from wearing a suit in the morning, he loves to be comfortable in his older, worn out clothing, but since he will be seeing Denmark he wanted to be at a happyCoffee Date (DenmarkxCanada) by *LadyAxis

The Woman Behind the Mother (DenmarkxCanada)'I still can't believe I'm doing this!' Canada mentally groaned, 'and at the worst times too!'

Today, Canada has a free weekend where he managed to finish all his work. Usually he spends the time on his hobbies as well as with Iceland.

'I just hope I don't confuse him. Alfred will pay for this…' Canada seethed.

To elaborate, Canada was current wearing women clothing, really because he didn't have a choice. His brother America, for some reason or another tried to find him at home. The American had horrible timing to put it simply. It was because he caught Canada at the time he was doing laundry.

A Blaze of Blue and Violet (DenmarkxCanada)The party had been going on for an hour.

England decided to hold a New Year's party held in the back gardens where every nation was invited to go. The party was quiet and formal at the beginning but it easily became wilder with his brother and Prussia's doing. Not that it mattered since once the beer started flowing, England could agree to anything.

One of the nation's attending the party was Canada and the 'young' nation was still unsure if he should have come at all, but it was not that he wasn't having a nice time as it gave him the chance to catch up with Ukraine and Netherlands. Lovely Rain (DenmarkxCanada)A few weeks in advance, America invited him to enjoy the blooming of the cherry blossoms.

America is a good friend of his and they would often hang out, but the occasion he chose didn't feel...appropriate for him.

It was during the first time he visited Japan and the nation courteously toured him around his home. It had been pleasant but at the same time troubling for him.

But it was not from culture shock, far from it.

In that stay, he saw the beautiful tree that carried a beautiful scent, and was informed from his host the two faces of the flower, one of an honourable warrior and one of the gentlest women.

To put things simply, the pairing of Denmark and Canada is very cute and cracky and I pretty much try to convert fans of either character to consider this pairing. The following points below are musings as to why I like it.

1. Although they have an unclear history together, I consider that Denmark may have met Canada along with Norway and Iceland (maybe even Sweden and Finland) during the 11th century. It helps that Canada and Denmark are still committed to protecting the arctic together even with the Hans Island dispute.

2. Canada can be pair-able with almost any nation and I consider Denmark to be a good challenge to rationalize a relationship with.

3. Denmark has varying true government and historical relationships with Canada's family that I think are cute. If Dani and Mattie were married, I see America to be the equally crazy if not more boisterous brother-in-law, England as the father-in-law that has a problem with him, and France to be the happy father-in-law that is all too supportive of Canada and Denmark's relationship.

When it comes to pairing rivalries, Netherlands and Prussia are the biggest threat to Denmark. Netherlands has more of an advantage due to the close relationship after WWII and Prussia has his "ensemble darkhorse" awesomeness. Even so, Denmark is awesome in his own right by having a mix of Russia's axcrazy/stepford smiler tendencies, an odd mix of Prussia and Netherland's looks and the similar attitudes of the other two-thirds of the awesome trio (America and Prussia).

Anyway I think too much. XD

Anyway, I am from British Columbia. I moved there when I was seven and a half and skipped two grades since my school system is wacky back in the Philippines (yes I'm one of those Asians with an extensive history with Spain, USA, and Japan that can be too American for their own good but are still hospitable and polite as a Canadian...did you happen to think I was a born Canadian to be frank?)

I'm a person with passive-aggressive tendencies, monolingual, perfectionistic yet lazy and careless, loud or quiet depending on my mood, blunt like hell but really shy, highly impatient causing me to be low with expectations (including my own) and the spoiled middle child (I have two brothers) in my family who happens to like gaming and clothes shopping. I'm basically a whole mix of contradictions hm?
