Phili-tan's flag was hard to do and I actually had to be "creative" XD Anyway, I consider these two to be a cute brother, little sister duo. America took care of Philippines for awhile after gaining her from Spain but eventually was taken by Japan in WWII. Because of the American influence, Phili-tan adapted English as an official language and a lot of American media.
